Bah. So I wore my old Asics instead of my Nikes for more cushioning, but forgot to switch my watch from biking to running mode. As a result I was looking at miles per hour instead of minutes per mile and by the time I figured it out I was all out of stride and winded. I was going to try to regain my stride as I wanted to go at least six miles, but I don't think I stretched enough as my heel was killing me, so I cut my losses and logged just over three miles. Beautiful night for a run, though. Good luck! K
